About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team at a reputable secondary school in Barnet. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity in covering lessons from KS3 to KS5, while Class Teachers are on PPA time or absent.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate looking to gain valuable experience in a supportive and inclusive school environment. You will have the chance to work with students of all abilities and develop your teaching skills in a variety of subjects.

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver high-quality lessons, collaborate with Class Teachers and the SEND Team, and create a positive and welcoming environment in the classroom.

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have a degree from a UK University and be able to deliver fun, interactive, and inclusive lessons to classes. Experience working with SEND students and students with all abilities would be beneficial.

We are looking for a Cover Supervisor who is passionate about education, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well in a team. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
