At Micross Components, we are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000.

The primary responsibility of this position is to interact directly with customers, providing job status and quotes for site services.

Beneath the surface, the role of Customer Service Specialist requires the following essential duties:

  • Assist in quote preparation
  • Provide quotes to customers
  • Coordinate customer requirements with sales and internal suppliers
  • Build customer relationships through daily interaction with the Micross Components customer base
  • Provide primary support to account representatives

In order to excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of AS9100D
  • General knowledge of reading and interpreting customer drawings
  • Recognition of technical terms relevant to electronic components and preparation services
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work successfully with multiple departments
  • Able to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
