Care Team Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Care Team Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Branch Manager in achieving business targets and promoting sustainable growth.
- Assess branch performance against weekly and monthly targets, identifying trends to predict future requirements.
- Maintain agreed schedules within agreed targets and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Drive improved satisfaction levels and rates by maintaining great relationships with existing clients and carers.
- Identify new business opportunities and ensure effective placement of staff to meet client needs.
Requirements:
- Confident in promoting the branch and self-motivated.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a passion for managing and driving excellence.
- A commitment to equal opportunities and diversity, with symmetry between personal and organisational values.
- Demonstrates behaviours associated with Prestige Nursing & Care values.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 28 days annual leave (includes Bank Holidays) increasing every year by 1 to the maximum of 33 days over 5 years' service.
