BDS Solution / Product Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled BDS Solution / Product Specialist to join our team at Mars. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions, optimizing system performance, and leading the technical strategy for upgrades and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable solutions for SAP CFIN and PaPM applications.
  • Optimize system performance and lead the technical strategy for upgrades and enhancements.
  • Advocate and enforce applicable standards, policies, procedures, and best practices in the implementation and/or maintenance of CFIN/PaPM.
  • Provide global depth technical and functional knowledge for CFIN/PaPM for design, development, and operations for products and services in this area.
  • Supervise and guide development teams around the current product and services design.
  • Strong SAP CFIN/PaPM/FI/CO experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, Scrum, Lean IT certifications are a plus.
  • Role model agile behaviors and methods with customers and peers.
  • Continuously learn and build skills independently and with external networks.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
