BDS Solution / Product Specialist

Job Overview:

Mars is seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our BDS Solution team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions, optimizing system performance, and leading the technical strategy for upgrades and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable solutions for SAP CFIN and PaPM applications.
  • Optimize system performance and lead the technical strategy for upgrades and enhancements.
  • Advocate and enforce applicable standards, policies, procedures, and best practices in the implementation and/or maintenance of CFIN/PaPM.
  • Provide global depth technical and functional knowledge for CFIN/PaPM for design, development, and operations for products and services in this area.
  • Supervise and guide development teams around the current product and services design.
  • Strong SAP CFIN/PaPM/FI/CO experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, Scrum, Lean IT certifications are a plus.
  • Role model agile behaviors & methods with customers and peers.
  • Continuously learn and build skills independently and with external networks.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
