We are seeking a Retail Receptionist to join our team at Lloyd BMW, Blackpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a busy retail showroom environment, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. They will also be able to provide a high level of customer satisfaction, respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and maintain accurate records and reports.

Key duties and responsibilities include meeting and greeting customers face to face, communicating with customers over the telephone and via email, and performing various administrative tasks.

Estimated salary for this role is £29,000 per annum.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and contribute to the success of Lloyd BMW.

Working Hours:

Saturdays: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Sundays: 11:00am - 4:00pm
