Key Responsibilities- Lead the Front of House team in delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
- Support the Front of House Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Front of House department, including managing staff, handling guest requests, and maintaining high standards of service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty, working closely with the Front of House Manager and other departments to achieve this goal.
- Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team to drive continuous improvement.
- Hotel reception experience and a proven track record of delivering outstanding guest service in a similar role.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
- Proficiency in using IT software, with familiarity with Opera being advantageous but not mandatory.
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including earlies, lates, and weekends, as well as occasional night shifts.
- A competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, based on 40 hours per week.
