We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front of House Manager to join our team at De Vere Latimer Estate. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests' expectations are consistently met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Front of House team in delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Support the Front of House Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Front of House department, including managing staff, handling guest requests, and maintaining high standards of service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty, working closely with the Front of House Manager and other departments to achieve this goal.
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Hotel reception experience and a proven track record of delivering outstanding guest service in a similar role.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Proficiency in using IT software, with familiarity with Opera being advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including earlies, lates, and weekends, as well as occasional night shifts.
