About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Theatre Practitioner/ODP to join our team at Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and experiences for patients, working collaboratively with our experienced consultants and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on a varied caseload using state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities.
  • Supervise, support, and develop junior members of staff.
  • Deliver clinically effective, evidence-based, and patient-centered care.
Requirements
  • Registration with the relevant governing body (NMC or HPC).
  • Relevant qualifications and experience.
  • Post-registration experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility and motivation.
