About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager to join our leadership team as a Deputy Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing support with key activities such as developing support plans, risk assessments, rota planning, recruitment, and development of team members.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement support plans that meet the needs of individuals
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to ensure a safe environment
  • Plan and manage rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Recruit and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Work collaboratively with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the home
