Job Description

We're seeking a Regional Capacity Management Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in maximising network performance. Your responsibilities will include developing innovative solutions, monitoring network performance, identifying areas for upgrades, and collaborating with Network Architects and Engineers to optimise our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Interrogate and interpret information systems to inform network optimisation decisions
  2. Support the coordination of regional passive capacity requirements to ensure seamless network performance
  3. Act as the point of contact and supervisor for contractor resources to ensure efficient project delivery
  4. Assist in the development, implementation, and promotion of CityFibre's network design topologies to drive business growth
Requirements
  1. Detailed working understanding of fibre planning and FTTP architecture, components, and materials knowledge
  2. Experience of handling and manipulating raw data to inform network optimisation decisions
  3. Working knowledge of all aspects of fibre networks, including survey, installation, and as-built documentation
