Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Regional Capacity Management Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll play a vital role in maximising network performance and ensuring the smooth operation of our fibre network.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop innovative solutions to optimise network performance and identify areas for upgrades.
  2. Monitor network performance and collaborate with Network Architects and Engineers to optimise our network infrastructure.
  3. Support the coordination of all regional passive capacity requirements and act as the point of contact and supervisor for contractor resources.
  4. Assist in the development, implementation, and promotion of CityFibre's network design topologies.
Requirements
  1. Detailed working understanding of fibre planning alongside FTTP architecture, components, and materials knowledge.
  2. Experience of handling and manipulating raw data.
  3. Working knowledge of all aspects of fibre networks.
  4. Ability to produce detailed industry-standard level of survey, installation, and as-built documentation.
