Ongoing Maintenance and Repair Role

We are currently looking for a diligent Maintenance Engineer to fill this position within our organisation. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is well-maintained and operational at all times.

Salary: Up to £48,200 per annum, plus additional benefits and a generous pension contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To carry out regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  2. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubrication, to prevent damage and extend equipment lifespan.
  3. Respond promptly to any breakdowns or malfunctions, implementing effective repair strategies to minimise downtime.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Proven experience working with a range of industrial equipment, including hydraulic systems and conveyor-based systems.
