About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Educational Support Assistant to join our vibrant SEN school, supporting children and young people aged 3 to 19 with special educational needs. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one or group support, assisting students with their daily needs and promoting independence.

What We Need from You:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people, with patience, empathy, and adaptability.
  • Experience in SEN is desirable, but not essential; we are looking for individuals willing to learn and take on new challenges, committed to providing high-quality support.
