We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at eNL Legal Recruitment. As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of residential property transactions, from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of property transactions
  • Prepare and review contracts, deeds, and other legal documents
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting residential property transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transaction processing

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in residential conveyancing
  • Strong knowledge of residential property law and regulations
  • Excellent drafting and technical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
