Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Triumph Motorcycles. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide generalist HR support to the company, working closely with stakeholders across all functions of Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely HR support to the company, including advising on disciplinary investigations, managing employee relations meetings, and conducting investigations and applying solutions.
- Assist the advisory team with best practice HR, including managing employee relations meetings and conducting investigations and applying solutions.
- Deal with short-term and long-term sickness, and provide support to employees on leave.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all functions of Head Office to ensure effective HR support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
