About the Location:

Located in the heart of London, Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane offers a unique blend of luxury and convenience. Our hotel features stunning views of Hyde Park, a rooftop spa, and a range of dining options, including a Michelin-starred restaurant. As Executive Pastry Chef, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of chefs and pastry artists to create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

Your Role:

As Executive Pastry Chef, you'll be responsible for leading our pastry team and overseeing the daily operations of our pastry department. You'll work closely with our Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage to develop menus, manage inventory, and ensure that our pastry offerings meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. You'll also be responsible for training and developing our pastry team members, as well as maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
