Head Pastry Chef Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Head Pastry Chef to join our team at Ashdown Park Hotel and Country Club. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our pastry kitchen and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and experienced pastry chef to take on a leadership role and showcase their skills in a 5-star environment. You will work closely with our Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas, manage a team of pastry chefs, and maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of pastry chefs to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Manage the pastry kitchen to ensure efficient and effective operation
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to achieve culinary excellence
