Job Title: Executive Pastry Chef

Gotpeople is seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at a 5-star luxury hotel in central London.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Pastry Chef to assist the Pastry Sous Chef in the preparation and service of pastries, desserts, and bakeries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry production and be able to maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Pastry Sous Chef in the preparation and service of pastries, desserts, and bakeries.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation in all pastry products.
  • Ensure that kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are always clean and tidy.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in pastry production.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent presentation and plating skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
