About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our B2B IT Delivery team at Virgin Media O2 Business & Wholesale. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering business analysis activities and deliverables for all sizes of Business Change projects or programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work independently to deliver business analysis activities and deliverables for Business Change projects or programmes.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand strategic business objectives and support the delivery of new product developments and business changes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases, project plans, and other project documentation.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Experience in business analysis (BA) in a multi-disciplined and commercial environment or experience within a project setting, with transferable skills and a keen interest in developing a career as a BA.
  • Successful delivery of business analysis/project management deliverables across complex, cross-functional business change projects from start-up to implementation.
  • Knowledge of a variety of Business Analysis tools and techniques.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience of working in a telecom or media services organisation.
  • Previous experience of working within an Agile environment.
  • ISEB Business Analysis Diploma, IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), IIBA Certificate of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or equivalent.
