About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Strategy Specialist to join our team at SSE Energy Solutions. As a key member of our Commercial function, you will play a critical role in supporting Business Energy in making informed decisions backed by data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the pricing strategy across our portfolio, recommending pricing strategies to optimise short and long-term profitability.
  • Work closely with colleagues from across Business Energy to ensure non-commodity costs are optimised to balance risk and reward.
  • Monitor competitor pricing activity and provide insights on competitor strategy and tactics, considering the wider political and regulatory environment.
  • Coach and develop commercial analysts to share knowledge and ideas, establishing best practice pricing execution.
