We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team at Hernshead Recruitment Ltd. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in envisioning, evolving, and maturing our hardware and software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Visionary: Work with customers, stakeholders, and leaders to set the vision for your market area of focus, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Market Analysis: Create, review, and present market and financial analysis, business use cases, and new product visions to internal stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Customer Insights: Participate in customer calls and visits to understand customer needs, supporting the Commercial team and Solutions team in their discovery, evaluation, and delivery of new business opportunities.
  • Product Requirements: Determine explicit and implicit customer needs, translating them into product requirements that meet customer expectations.
  • Product Roadmap: Generate, maintain, and present product roadmaps that help our solutions grow, evolve, and own the spaces in which they are launched.
  • Product Leadership: Provide product direction and leadership as part of project teams to achieve company and product goals.

Requirements:

  • Technology and Product Management Experience: Proven experience in technology and product management/development, with a track record of fostering cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other departments.
  • Market Analysis: Experience in market analysis that allows you to identify new market opportunities and gaps where our technology can bring value to customers.
  • Product Value Proposition: Understand the importance of building product value propositions that communicate the strength of your visions to the rest of the company, empowering sales and marketing teams with this knowledge.
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Desirable Experience:

  • Inertial Devices: Experience with Inertial devices (IMUs), GNSS, or similar technologies.
  • Automotive Testing: Experience in the fields of Automotive Testing, Autonomous Driving, Robotics, or Aerospace.
  • Business Degree: A business degree/MBA is desirable.
