About the Company


Harnham is a leading recruitment agency specializing in data and analytics talent. We are partnering with a fast-growing fashion retailer to find a Customer Analytics Lead to join their cross-functional data and analytics function.


Job Role


As the Customer Analytics Lead, you will lead a team working on projects across segmentation, regression, loyalty, and predictive analytics. You will have hands-on experience in customer analytics and strong experience in relaying insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Requirements


  • Strong experience in customer analytics and customer insight
  • Strong SQL experience
  • Mentoring or line management experience (preferable)


Benefits


  • £65,000-£75,000 (dependent on experience)
