Special Education Teaching Support Professional

A Learning Support Worker position has become available at a specialist centre for adults with complex needs and severe autism.
Key Responsibilities:- Enable and support personal development and promotion of independence
- Liaise with supervisors to identify and work towards targets
- Provide personal care
- Collect and analyse data to monitor progress and adapt learning programmes as necessary
- Use a calm approach to conflict resolution and behaviour management
The ideal candidate will have a genuine drive for progression within social care and possess a minimum of grade C in GCSE Maths and English.

- Mon-Fri 9-5 working hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
