AV Technician Job Description

Prospero Integrated is seeking a skilled AV Technician to join our team. As an AV Technician, you will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of audio visual equipment at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply and set up audio visual equipment on a daily basis.
  • Carry a DECT phone at all times.
  • Oversee daily duties and tasks, including kit preparation and onsite events.
  • Perform technician duties as required, including overnight stays and out-of-hours shifts.
  • Maintain the sales desk and storage rooms in a clean and working condition.
Customer Service:
  • Present a professional image at all times.
  • Deliver exceptional service to hotel guests and staff.
  • Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and hotel staff.
Availability:

Must be available to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as required.
