Job Title: Support Worker - Ipswich

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Ipswich. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live independently and achieve their goals.

About the Role:
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals in their own homes and in the community
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Support individuals to access community activities, such as leisure pursuits and social events
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements:
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Ability to work alternate weekends and occasional evenings
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
