About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childrens Home Registered Manager to lead our childrens home in Derbyshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare management, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and management to a team of caregivers and support staff
* Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of individual young people
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including Ofsted requirements
* Build strong relationships with young people, families, and other stakeholders

Requirements
* A recognised qualification in childcare or a related field
* Significant experience of working in a similar role, preferably in a childrens home setting
* Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, young people, and stakeholders

Salary and Benefits
* Competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, plus bonuses (up to £4,200)
