About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our residential team in Deeping St James. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex disabilities, empowering them to communicate, experience the world, and fulfill their potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with everyday tasks, personal care, and hygiene
  • Assist with finances, medication, and wellbeing
  • Accompany individuals on community trips and social activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate from £11.75 with enhanced rates for overtime and annual pay reviews
  • 20.5 hours per week, with a range of shift patterns available, including weekend only
