About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our residential team in Deeping St James. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex disabilities, empowering them to communicate, experience the world, and fulfill their potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with everyday tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene, including medication and wellbeing.
  • Accompany individuals on community trips, such as shopping or social events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude, with a can-do approach.
  • Caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Full UK driving license (desirable).
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Flexibility with shifts.
  • Knowledge of multi-sensory impairments or learning difficulties (desirable).
