About the Role

We are seeking an organised and detail-focused individual to join our small, friendly team as an HR Volunteer. As a key member of our people services team, you will play a vital role in co-ordinating core people services, including advice and support to managers, software and technology, personnel data, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keeping our people data up to date, running reports and providing information
  • Assisting our staff and volunteer recruitment processes, using our online recruitment system
  • Assisting in uploading data to our learning management system
  • Assisting with adhoc HR administration as required

What We Offer

As an HR Volunteer, you will gain first-hand insight into what it's like to be a volunteer and have the opportunity to improve our volunteer onboarding experience. You will work in a office or home-based environment, using our digital systems and processes, which require a good level of IT skills.

Requirements

We are looking for an organised person with strong knowledge of Microsoft packages, a confident telephone manner and an eye for detail. This role would suit someone looking to gain experience in the HR sector or someone with previous HR or administration experience.

Working Arrangements

Hours to suit within office hours, ideally at least once a week on a Tuesday or Wednesday but other days could be considered.
