Job Title: Deputy Nursery Room Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Deputy Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in assisting the Room Leader with the day-to-day management and operation of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and learning are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Room Leader to supervise and guide nursery staff, fostering a supportive and cohesive team environment.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of engaging activities that cater to children's individual learning and development needs.
  • Uphold a clean, safe, and stimulating environment for the children, promoting their well-being and growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to cultivate a warm, inclusive atmosphere.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to meet regulatory standards.
  • Assist in the training and professional development of nursery staff, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 in Early Years and above.
  • Demonstrable experience in a nursery or early years setting, showcasing your passion for nurturing and educating young children.
  • Thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building strong connections with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and lead by example.
