As a critical member of our operations department, you will oversee the entire production process, from mechanical assembly to quality control. Your expertise will drive efficiency, optimize processes, and guarantee products meet stringent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimisation: Analyse production workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficiency enhancements.

  • Quality Assurance: Monitor production outputs, perform root cause analyses for defects, and implement corrective actions.

  • Manufacturing Support & Problem Solving: Provide technical support to the manufacturing team, troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.

  • Documentation Skills: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for manufacturing processes, standard operating procedures, and quality control protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering or similar; alternatively HNC with 3-5 years' experience.
  • Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in process optimisation, root cause analysis, and quality control methodologies.

Estimated Salary: £48,000 - £68,000 + excellent benefits package.
