About the Role

This Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Officer position plays a crucial role in supporting the university's mission to become a more inclusive institution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the university community.

This fixed-term maternity cover role offers a competitive salary of £31,396pa - £33,966pa, with the possibility of annual increments up to £37,099pa based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs to promote inclusivity and respect
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive work environment
