Technology Team Manager

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as an IT Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 9 IT Field Engineers, providing support and guidance to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional results. You will also be engaged in BAU support of the organisation, resolving IT queries, new starter queries, mobile phones and portable devices set-ups. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as experience using Active Directory, shared drive access, VPN, creation of new starter accounts and management of vendors. If you are a motivated and forward-thinking individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, we would love to hear from you.
What You Will Need:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience working as a Team Leader, Manager or Team Supervisor, and will have experience leading and motivating a team. You will also need experience using Active Directory, shared drive access, VPN, creation of new starter accounts and management of vendors. A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential.
