Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a well-spoken, well-presented, and customer service-driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join a top-performing independent agent at Magnus James, a specialist recruiter for the property industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking valuations and securing instructions for a good first impression
  • Providing honest, reliable, and professional advice to potential vendors and buyers
  • Supporting and guiding junior team members
  • Following office procedures and policies
  • Contribution and awareness of KPIs and targets
  • Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
  • Registering applicants and attending viewings
  • Pre- and post-follow-up for appointments conducted
  • Innovative idea contributions for canvassing materials
  • Ad hoc valuations
Requirements:
  • Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is essential or at least 2 years
  • Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
  • Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability
  • Well-spoken and well-presented
  • Target-driven and ambitious
  • Excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of utmost importance
