About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at Magnus James, a specialist recruiter for the property industry. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for securing instructions for valuations, providing professional advice to potential vendors and buyers, and supporting junior members of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking in valuations and securing instructions for a good first impression
- Providing honest, reliable, and professional advice to potential vendors and buyers
- Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
- Following office procedures and policies
- Contribution and awareness of KPIs and targets
- Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
- Registering applicants and attending viewings
- All pre- and post-follow-up for appointments conducted
- Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material
- Ad hoc valuations
Requirements
- Previous estate agent sales negotiator experience is essential or at least 2 years
- Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- Solid IT skills and experience of using estate agency CRM systems
- Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability
- Well-spoken and well-presented
- Target-driven and ambitious
- Excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of utmost importance
