Key Responsibilities

  • Booking in valuations and securing instructions for a good first impression

Requirements

  • Previous estate agent sales negotiator experience is essential or at least 2 years
  • Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Solid IT skills and experience of using estate agency CRM systems
  • Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability
  • Well-spoken and well-presented
  • Target-driven and ambitious
  • Excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of utmost importance
