About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team as a Payroll Manager in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career to management, where you will have the chance to implement your own processes and build your own team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits administration. You will also prepare payroll reports, summaries, and analysis, and collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to gather and validate payroll information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of payroll processing
  • Prepare and analyze payroll reports and data
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll processing, ideally with Sage software
  • Local to Exeter or willing to relocate
