Job Title: Senior SHE Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SHE Advisor to support our client in Reading. As a key member of the Contract Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of the SHE Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and influence the Contract Leadership Team, clients, and other stakeholders in compliance with the SHE Management System and Contract SHE Performance.
  • Deliver training to enable the contract team to successfully implement the SHE Management System.
  • Guide the Contract Operational and Supply Chain Contractors in meeting the Contract SHE requirements.
  • Participate in the ongoing assessment of the contracts Supply Chain Contractors.
  • Support the achievement of annual Contract and Group SHE Objectives.

About the Role:

This is an on-site role in Reading, Burghfield. Candidates must be able to obtain Security Clearance.

What You Will Need:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environment, with experience in implementing and managing SHE systems.
