Job Title: Senior SHE Advisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SHE Advisor to support our Contract SHE functions, providing SHE solutions and enabling the Contract/Operational Teams to implement the SHE Management System.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Contract Leadership Team, clients, and other stakeholders in compliance with the SHE Management System and Contract SHE Performance.
Support and deliver training to enable the contract team to successfully implement the SHE Management System.
Guide the Contract Operational and Supply Chain Contractors in meeting the Contract SHE requirements.
Participate in the ongoing assessment of the contracts Supply Chain Contractors.
Support the timely reporting, analysis, and use of SHE data to influence the Contract Leadership Team and develop data-based improvement plans.

Requirements:
NEBOSH Construction Certificate
NEBOSH Occupational Safety Diploma or Environmental Diploma or equivalent
Adapt communication style to suit different audiences and use data to support arguments.
Assess and consider perspectives objectively, using different methodologies to analyse data.
Plan and prioritise work effectively, anticipate and manage risks and opportunities.
Monitor performance against objectives and standards.
