Job Title: Aat Finance Manager

GLW Feeds is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the financial reporting process, including the preparation of management accounts and financial analysis reports.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and the board.
  • Manage the credit control, purchase ledger, and financial account teams.
  • Ensure all statutory filing requirements are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Support the Finance Director in the management of the year-end audit process.
  • Reconcile and post journals to AX12 for monthly company credit card statements.
  • Process monthly payroll on Moorepay for the 3 payrolls.
Requirements:
  • CIMA, ACA, or ACCA qualified for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing a team.
  • Excellent credit control knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
