Financial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at Accountancy And Finance Personnel Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance Director in achieving our financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present monthly management accounts to the Finance Director and senior management team.
- Produce monthly sales analysis reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist the Finance Director in the preparation of the year-end audit and ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to drive business growth.
- Conduct business analysis and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Review and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Reconcile control accounts and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Manage the transactional team and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Previous experience in a similar role within an SME environment.
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant with a strong understanding of financial regulations and best practices.
Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 5:00pm. Salary £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension and professional development opportunities.
