You will be responsible for maintaining the Internal Controls framework in line with SOX and group requirements, including tools, solutions, templates, training, testing, and reporting. This role requires strong risk and controls experience, as well as project management and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities- Implementing internal financial control policies in accordance with the company internal control framework.
- Ensuring that processes are in place so that control owners can demonstrate the operation and effectiveness of key controls.
- Managing finance continuous improvement projects from time to time.
- Developing internal control awareness at Refresco UK and increasing internal control awareness in the senior management team.
- Coordinating the evaluation and testing of internal control effectiveness.
We are seeking a candidate with solid financial and management accounting experience, preferably spanning across corporate functions and business units. You should have in-depth knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and strong risk and controls experience gained in a financial management, internal controls, and accounting environment.
You will be a leader (or have previously led) an Audit or Risk & Controls team or a senior team member in such teams looking for a broader challenge or a career step up. You should have good project management and presentation skills, as well as SAP FICO knowledge.
