Driver Technician

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Driver Technician to join our team at Sunbelt Rentals. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting safety and communication equipment to our customers, while also providing technical support and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and collect equipment to customers, completing relevant checks and administration
- Ensure safe and professional driving practices, conducting vehicle safety checks as required
- Issue safety and communication equipment to clients, demonstrating its operation and functionality
- Diagnose and repair equipment as needed, adhering to health and safety standards
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers, promoting Sunbelt Rentals services and benefits
- Conduct pre-hire checks and functionality tests to support branch workloads
- Raise the Sunbelt Rentals profile and reputation through professional attitude and behavior
- Ensure accurate reporting and administration, maintaining company standards
- Achieve key performance indicators in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, a safety-first approach, and a flexible attitude. You will have a clean driving license, with a C1E license highly desirable. Previous experience in safety and communication is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
