Join The Resolute Group, a leading construction and civil engineering contractor, in their Midlands division as a Commercial Administrator. This exciting opportunity supports the Commercial team in managing day-to-day projects, working closely with Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process allocated records payable efficiently and timely manner
  • Ensure all records have correct authorizations and relevant POs
  • Amend records as needed to adhere to payment process
  • Index, file, and retain records in accordance with filing system and statutory requirements
  • Support Commercial Manager in creating reports and financial data
  • Complete filing requirements on a weekly basis
  • Assist Manager with ad-hoc projects and support team members as directed
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Formal qualification in a financial subject, such as Apprenticeship, A-level, ONC, HNC, HND, or Degree
