Job Overview

About the Role
This role involves coordinating clinical activities, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless communication with patients, staff, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinic schedules, appointments, and waiting lists
- Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements
- GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths
- Business and Admin level 3 NVQ or equivalent experience
- Extensive clerical/reception experience in a healthcare/public setting

Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is £24,071 - £25,674 pro rata (full-time equivalent per annum).
