Exciting opportunity to lead the Haematology/Oncology Service within NHS Fife, delivering high-quality, individualised care to haematology/oncology patients. As a SACT Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will utilise your clinical expertise, leadership, education, and management skills to ensure a seamless patient pathway.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Deliver quality care to patients receiving Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) and supportive care
  • Assess, examine, manage, and treat individuals with haematological/oncological disease
  • Develop and implement evidence-based standards, guidelines, procedures, and policies to improve patient care
  • Work collaboratively across healthcare boundaries to identify and implement innovations in clinical practice

Requirements:



  • Band 7 qualification or trainee ANP employed under annexe 21 framework
  • Competent and qualified ANP with experience in Oncology/Haematology nursing
  • Ability to lead others, think strategically, and communicate effectively
  • Commitment to improving care in a complex healthcare organisation
