Key Performance Indicators

As General Manager, your key performance indicators will include:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment;
  • A strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its trends.
Salary and Benefits
