Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our PepsiCo AFH Team in Birmingham and surrounding areas.
About the Role
This is a field-based role that involves visiting various establishments, including bakeries, coffee shops, pubs, leisure centers, and more.
- Identify and deliver opportunities for growing customer distribution, improving availability and visibility, leading to increased sales of PepsiCo portfolio.
- Visit cash & carry, existing customers, and target new customer prospects to achieve sales growth.
Responsibilities
This role will involve:
- Managing your own diary to ensure effective time management and organization.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of key trends and observations within sub-channels.
- Ensuring best product placement in-store.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Confidence and results-driven approach to sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to work independently.
