Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer - Technical Sales Specialist to join our sales team in Liverpool. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing sales and technical support to customers, dealing with commercial and technical enquiries, and contributing to high-quality customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales and technical support to customers, responding to commercial and technical enquiries.
  • Contribute to high-quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features, providing technical advice and support to customers.
  • Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to resolve customer queries and issues.

Requirements:

  • Good Electrical Engineering background, ONC/HNC in Electrical Engineering required.
  • Knowledge of Sage 50cloud Accounts Software an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access in particular).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
