About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to develop and grow sales within our established customer base of Commercial Mechanical & Electrical Contractors across the western half of Scotland. As an Area Sales Manager - HVAC Systems, you will be responsible for selling a range of high-quality HVAC systems, with a focus on heat recovery and air handling units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow sales within established customer base
  • Sell high-quality HVAC systems to Commercial Mechanical & Electrical Contractors
  • Build relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels
  • Work collaboratively with the sales management team to achieve sales targets

About Us:

BMS Performance is a leading manufacturer of high-quality HVAC systems, with a strong reputation for producing technically progressive products that significantly improve a building's efficiency and sustainability. We offer our employees excellent product and sales training, as well as a progressive and ethical working environment.

What We Offer:

  • £50,000 to £59,000 basic salary DoE
  • OTE £14,000 commission & bonus year 1, uncapped, (top earners £100k+)
  • High-spec PHEV or electric company car
  • Excellent pension scheme, up to 8% employer contribution
  • 25 days' holiday, (plus Bank Holidays)
