We are seeking a skilled and driven Business Development Representative to join our Outbound Sales team at Progresso Search.

Job Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers who have recently enquired through various marketing channels, with the goal of achieving department sales conversion targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will be required to make sales calls in line with our company process and FCA regulations, ensuring that every interaction is professional and courteous. Your excellent communication skills, including a strong telephone manner, will enable you to build rapport with customers and effectively communicate our products and services.

You will work closely with our team to achieve production targets, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service. To succeed in this position, you will need to be results-driven, with the ability to work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company. Accurate record-keeping and adherence to procedures are also essential components of this role.

A strong understanding of MS Office and computer literacy are required for this position. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate a commitment to providing a positive experience for our customers, consistently exceeding their expectations.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work a variety of hours, including Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00, one week in every 5 weeks Monday – Thursday 12 – 8pm, Friday 10 – 6pm, and Saturdays on a rotational basis. In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £35,000 per annum.
